Wieki cale mnie tu nie bylo co jest niestety w glownej mierze nastepstwem tego, o czym pisalam w poprzedniej notce, czyli calkowitej i absolutnej przewadze zycia zawodowego nad osobistym. Jako ze moje baterie byly na calkowitym wykonczeniu postanowilam je troche naladowac rozkoszujac sie dlugim weekendem w Llandudno. Urokliwa miescinka w polnocnej Walii, czarodziejskie miejsce w ktorym powstala ulubiona ksiazka mojego dziecinstwa "Alicja w kranie czarow".To byla moja pierwsza wizyta w Walii i musze przyznac, ze jestem pod wielkim wrazeniem. Przejezdzajac przez Manchester myslalam cieplo o moich kolezankach szafiarkach: Ewelce, Bogooshce i El_Martinie. Moze kiedys wybiare sie do samego Manchesteru to bedziemy mialy okazje sie spotkac. A teraz nie bede sie juz rozpisywac, zostawiam was sam na sam z Walijskimi widokami i soba w odslonach casual.

As I already mentioned in my previous post I have been so dominated by my professional life lately that I nearly forgot what it means to enjoy life. As I was flashing low battery I had no choice other than take few days off and shoot away anywhere nice. This place was Llandudno, a beautiful and misterious town in North Wales, that inspired Lewis Carrol to write "Alice in wonderland" - the favourite book of my childhood. It was my first time in Wales and I must say I'm impressed. As I was passing Manchester I thought about my fashion blogging friends: Ewelka, Bogooshka and El_Martina. I hope we will have a chance to meet to exchange our fashion blogging experiences. Now I leave you face to face with Wales sights and my casual holiday outfits.

LIVING IN A WORK DOMINATED ENVIRONMENT

Praca zdominowala mnie stuprocentowo, stad moja wirtualna nieobecnosc. Moja kolezanka z dzialu wybyla na urlop macierzynski i teraz sama dzwigam na swoich barkach ciezar obowiazkow i odpowiedzialnosci. W normalnych warunkach kazdy szef o zdrowych zmyslach dalby mi kogos do pomocy, ale nie moj szef, ktory po pierwsze primo wybitna jasnoscia umyslu sie nie wyroznia, a poza tym ma przeciez tytana pracy z Polski wiec szybko przekalkulowal ze zatrudnianie nowej osoby mu sie po prostu nie oplaca. Tak wiec dwoje sie i troje zeby podolac obowiazkom, tlumaczac sobie w duchu, ze jakos przezyje te pol roku. Jako ze zakupy rowniez zeszly w tej chwili na drugi plan, stad w dzisiejszym zestawie tylko jeden nowy element - tunika z Matalana. Weszlam tam zupelnie przypadkowo i musze powiedziec ze bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczyla mnie letnia kolekcja. Az dziw, bo zwykle niczym wybitnym Matalan mnie zaskoczyc nie potrafi, a tu prosze. Reszta to lupy ubiegloroczne, tudziez upchane w czelusciach szafy perelki jak chocby ta cyklistowka, ktora niegdys byla moja ulubiona kurteczka i nosilam ja niezmiennie do wszystkiego. Szkoda ze calosc psuje moja zmarnowana twarz, jak widac zmeczenia nie dala rady przykryc nawet gruba tapeta. Zdecydowanie potrzeba mi wolnego. Doktorze, poprosze dwa tygodnie wakacji na recepte :)

I'm entirely dominated by work. That's the reason for my virtual absence. My work collegue is on maternity leave and I have to manage the whole department myself. In normal circumstances any understanding boss would get me an assistant not my boss though as he believes that I can perfectly cope myself. As a responsible and hard working Polish worker I then cope myself believing to survive somehow the next 6 months. As there's no time for shopping either the only new garment today is this Matalan tunic. I only went to Matalan accidentally and it took me by surpise. Their summer collection is lovely. I don't normally consider Matalan on my high street shopping list but obviously it's about time to change it. The rest of my today's outfit is very last year and the jacket is even older. I used to love it and wear it constantly with absolutely everything. Photos perfectly demonstrate my grey, tired face that can't even be hidden under a thick make up. This reminds me that I definitely need a proper holiday. Can any doctor prescribe me 2 weeks holiday please :)

Goraca niedziela, slodkie lenistwo, byczenie sie na patio, grill i zimne piwko to jest to co tygryski lubia najbardziej. Dzis w rolach glownych kaszkiet pozyczony do sesji od mojego meza, w ktorym tak sie mezowi spodobalam, ze postanowil mi go podarowac, nowa torba-worek, w ktora miesci sie doslownie wszystko i teczowa apaszka , ktora ozywia kolorami. Reszta juz dobrze znana. Brakuje tylko slonca, ale pomimo usilnych staran nie dalo sie namowic na uczestnictwo w sesji. Moze nastepnym razem :)

Hot Sunday, sweet laziness, hanging around on a patio, barbecue, cold beer is what I love most. Main element of today's outfit is my husband's cap that was given to me just for the purpose of this photoshoot, however my husband liked the way I look so much he decided to give it to me for good. I also wanted to show you my new bag that can fit anything I want and a rainbow-hued scarf that liven up the whole outfit with a blast of colours. The rest is well known already. The only thing missing is sunshine. I tried to convince the sun to participate in the photo shoot, but it was unsuccessfull. Maybe next time :)

ROCKOWISKO W MOJEJ GŁOWIE

Niewiem o o chodzi z tymi rockowymi stylizacjami, ale same jakos tak mi sie dobieraja. Nagle okazalo sie ze polowa zawartosci mojej szafy to wszelkiego rodzaju elementy rockowe, co tym dziwniejsze ze zdecydowanie fanka rocka nie jestem. Dzis malo zdjec, bo pogoda nie zachecala do sesji, a fotograf mial tylko przelotna chwilke zeby cos cyknac wiec stad dzisiejsza sesja taka bardzie kryzysowa. Chcialam wam pokazac moje nowe skinny jeans i szalona fryzure, ktora wyczarowalam rano. Rockowy top i bolerko to nabytki ubiegloroczne, ale jak widac calkiem niezle radza sobie i w tym sezonie. Butki i dodatki juz znacie. A teraz uciekam bo fotograf wlasnie wola na grilla :) Mniam

I can't figure out why there are so many rock inspired outfits come through my mind. It looks like my wardrobe contains mostly rock outfits, which isn't actually true as I'm not a rock fan anyway. Today just few photos as weather wasn't very good, also the photographer had only a little while for a photo shoot.I would like to show you my new summer skinny jeans and my crazy hairstyle that I created myself this morning. Rock top and a short black jacket are last year's treasures but they seem to go quite well with this year's fashion demands. Shoes and jewellery are well known already. Now I have to go as my photographer has just served a barbecue :) Yummy.

Na wyspie lato w pelni i az wierzyc sie nie chce ze Polska boryka sie z powodzia. Tropikalne temperatury nareszcie daja nam pelna mozliwosc korzystania z dobrodziejstw posiadania patio i pozwalaja oddac sie blogiemu niedzielnemu lenistwu na lezaczku. Dzisiejszy zestaw to moj swiezy zakup z letniej kolekcji Peacocks'a, ktory okazal sie niezwykle trudny w polaczeniu z innymi elementami mojej garderoby. Stad dzis dwie propozycje dolu i mam nadzieje uslyszec wasze opinie ktory lepszy. A moze zaproponujecie na dol zupelnie cos innego, czekam na wasze propozycje.

As we enjoy full summertime on the island Poland is struggling with the flood. It's so hard to believe it, considering this tropical weather that we experience over the last few days. It eventually gives us an opportunity to fully enjoy our patio and spend a lazy Sunday afternoon on a deckchair. Main element of my today's otfit is this oversized tee from Peacocks summer collection which turned out quite difficult to put together with a bottom. Therefore I have 2 otufits today, each one with different bottom. Firsty I wore it with glossy black leggins and caged ankle boots, but then I decided to go for something more summery and I swaped it to a knee high jeans and peep toe wedges. I hope you will help me to choose a better outfit or maybe you will give me an idea of a completely different bottom that would go well with the top. Looking forward to hearing your opinions.

GLAM ROCK

Witajcie moje drogie. Nie bylo mnie tu cale lata swietlne. Teraz witam Was juz z nowego mieszkanka, ktore jest absolutnie fantastyczne. Sezon grillowy szeroko reklamowany w poprzednim poscie oglaszam oficjalnie za rozpoczety, a choc pogoda po udanym grillu strzelila focha i od dwoch tygodni jest zimno i pada nie odwiodlo mnie to od pomyslu pokazania wam mojej wiosenno letniej stylizacji w klimacie glam rock. Musze przyznac, ze calkiem dobrze czuje sie w takim wydaniu, wczulam sie bardzo w sesje, zabraklo mi tylko gitary :)Chcialam wszystkim podziekowac za wszystkie mile komentarze do mojego poprzedniego posta i zyczonka za zajecie 3 miejsca w "Modzie Polskiej". Ciesze sie ze jestescie i ze wspolnie dzielimy jedna pasje, jaka jest moda. Uciekam nadrobic zaleglosci w czytaniu waszych blogow.

Hello again everyone. I haven't been here for ages as I was changing the house. My new place is absolutely amazing and I enjoy every minute being there. The barbecuse season I mentioned in my previous post is now officially open. Ignoring the cold and rainy weather that stroke immediately after the grand opening of barbecue season I decided to show you my summery Glam Rock outfit. I must admit I absolutely love it, it's a shame I didn't have an electric guitar for the photo shoot :)I wanted to thank everyone for very nice comments to my previous post and lovely congratulations for taking a third place in "Moda Polska". SUMMERTIME

Mijajacy weekend uplynal pod haslem lata, ktoremu na caly weekend wiosna laskawie ustapila miejsca. Bezchmurne niebo, cieple promienie slonca i temperatura powyzej 20 stopni to zdecydowanie moje klimaty. Stad dzis wiosenno-letnia, kolorowa i rozesmiana sesja. Tunika to nowy nabytek, na ktory namowil mnie maz, ktory stwierdzil ze bedzie pasowac do koloru moich oczu, a zestawilam ja ze starszym nabytkiem, zolta wiosenna kurteczka, o ktorej calkiem zapomnialam, a tu pasuje jak ulal. Wygrzebalam ja przy okazji zaawansowanej akcji przeprowadzka, ktore czeka nas juz za niecale dwa tygodnie. Otoz przeprowadzamy sie do nowej chatki z ogrodkiem, i nie moge sie juz doczekac kiedy rozpalimy pierwszego grilla w nowym sezonie. Buziaki dla wszystkich.

This weekend is entirely dedicated tu summer, as spring has given a prioroty ticket tu summer and treats us generously with blue sky, warm sunshine and high temperature above 20 degrees. This is what I like. Therefore today's photo shoot is so colourful and cheerful to reflect this beautiful weather. Blue tunic is a new buy, that my husband found for me as it matches the colour of my eyes. I mixed it with this yellow jacket I totally forgot about. I found it by accident during the moving out action that is in progress as we will be changing house very soon. In about two weeks time we will be moving into a new house with garden and I can't wait for the first barbecue this season. Kisses for everyone.
